The Shiloh Shor Barbera is a unique and fine wine made exclusively with Barbera grapes, whose aging in French and American oak barrels for 15 months contributes to its superb equilibrium of flavors. A flowery scent, blackberry notes, with a bouquet that echoes coffee and chocolate scents, is balanced and accentuated with a slight fruity sweetness to the finish.
